Christie is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Christie obtained her diploma of nursing from Watts School of Nursing and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University. She recently completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing with a family practice concentration in 2017 from Catholic University of America. During her nursing career, she has loved being able to act as a patient advocate, listening to the patient and acting in their best interest. She especially enjoys working with children and older adults, and is looking forward to providing care to patients of all ages at InstaCare.
Christie says that patients can stay well and healthy by making a lifestyle change that is best for them individually, and to do that you first have to understand yourself. When you understand yourself, you can determine how to live your healthiest life. Outside of work, Christie loves to exercise, spend time with her family, go shopping, and read. She also enjoys good food and good movies!

Keba has a passion for helping people and through patient care she is able to assist in the treatment of different medical conditions. She loves getting to see patients on a daily basis and help make a difference in each patient’s life and health at each visit. To ensure great communication with your healthcare provider, Keba recommends keeping appointments and following up regularly with your doctor. In her free time, Keba enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with her mother and daughter.
Felicia joined the team of medical assistants at InstaCare in 2018. She enjoys practicing medicine because it gives her the chance to help people feel better, and loves getting to interact with patients in meaningful ways during their visits. Felicia recommends that patients have open and honest communication with their providers in order to work together towards the best health outcomes. She also believes that being a part of a medical team is important in boosting confidence and camaraderie, which in turn supports positive care for patients. In her free time, Felicia enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, listening to music, reading, and decorating.

Rachel is serving as a member of the medical assistant team at InstaCare. She entered the healthcare field after her sister was diagnosed with PPH, so that she could better understand her sister’s condition and use knowledge and training to serve patients. Rachel enjoys working in patient care and getting to meet new people daily, learning about their experiences, and helping them with their health journeys. Rachel believes that rest, a healthy diet, exercise, and keeping regular appointments with your provider are the keys to living a healthy life. In her free time Rachel enjoys spending time with her family.

Bethany has been helping lead the charge in developing the InstaCare model in order to give Greensboro residents easier access to convenient and quality care. As a manager of Connected Care, Bethany enjoys finding new and innovative ways to provide health care services to all who live in our communities, especially with the constantly changing healthcare environment. She holds a master’s degree in health administration and business administration and has a special interest in business development and start-up initiatives.
One of Bethany’s main tips for ensuring good communication with your provider is to always come prepared with notes and questions to ask your provider. Outside of work Bethany spends most of her time with her husband and her family, and enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, doing everything she can to stay active.
